The Barman’s Fund NOLA is ushering in the New Year with an epic fourth anniversary celebration on January 19th. The Oscar J. Tolmas Charitable Trust will make an initial donation of $20,000 to create the Oscar J. Tolmas Wish Fund. This fund will split costs incurred by A Child’s Wish of Louisiana in granting future wishes. This fund will be monitored by the Trust from year-to-year to determine any additional amounts the Trust wants
